Managing Director – Recruitment,Board Level Leicester (East Midlands) to £100,000 Bonus Equity Potential Overview An established professional services recruitment business is seeking a Managing Director to lead and scale its recruitment operations. This recruitment business covers all professional services sectors and has built a strong foundation in the recruitment market, with an existing recruitment team in place. The successful candidate will drive recruitment growth, enhance recruitment performance, and lead the business through its next phase of expansion.
