OPR are working with a leading Build-to-Rent provider to find a warm, proactive and customer-focused Resident Services Associate to join the team at a stunning development in Bristol. This is a front-of-house role where you’ll be the go-to person for residents, helping to create a welcoming, well-run and vibrant living experience. If you love meeting people, solving problems, and making a difference day-to-day, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Greeting residents and visitors with a smile and helping with day-to-day queries.
* Managing parcels, inspections, lettings viewings and general building upkeep.
* Supporting resident engagement and helping build a real sense of community.
* Working closely with the wider team to keep everything running smoothly.
* Promoting the development and building great relationships with external partners.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in hospitality, travel/tourism or residential property.
* A natural communicator who’s confident, friendly and professional.
* Someone who’s organised, reliable and thrives in a busy environment.
* A team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
* Awareness of health & safety and a good eye for detail.
