Retail Sous Chef Corporate Hospitality Location: Canary Wharf
Hours: Monday to Friday, predominantly daytime shifts

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sous Chef to join a busy, high-volume corporate hospitality site. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef with strong retail catering experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering fresh, high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head Chef with the daily operation of a high-volume retail kitchen
Lead and motivate the kitchen team during service
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
Manage stock control, ordering, and waste reduction
Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
Assist with training and developing kitchen staff
What We're Looking For:
Previous Sous Chef experience within retail catering, contract catering, or corporate hospitality
Experience working in a high-volume food operation
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Sound knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and allergen management
Flexibility to support the needs of the business when required
