Commercial Manager- Aberdeen The Role Work closely with UK leadership team and wider commercial function to lead ITTs, RFPs and tender submissions – from early strategy through to contract award and handover. This is a high‑impact role at the front end of the business, shaping how we go to market and how we win. Responsibilities * Leading end‑to‑end tender activities, from kick‑off to submission and award. * Developing winning strategies through early analysis of scope, risk, margin and opportunity. * Coordinating technical, commercial and operational inputs across multiple service lines. * Preparing robust cost estimates, pricing models, schedules and commercial submissions. * Driving bid/no‑bid reviews, pre‑submission governance and approvals. * Acting as a key interface with clients, partners and suppliers during the tender phase. * Handing over successful tenders seamlessly to projects and operations teams. * Representing the business at client meetings and industry events. * Tracking tender performance, lessons learned and commercial trends.
