Repairs Planner \nTemp to Perm \nW8 \n08:00am till 17:00pm \n\nMust have Social Housing experience\nPrevious experience within repairs\nWorking with tenants\nFast pacedPlanner / Scheduler Responsibilities:\n\nManaging calls on system\nManaging operatives diaries\nGeneral administration\nPlanning repairs and maintenance requests to the relevant operative\nEnsure trade skill sets and location parameters are working effectively\nLiaising with operatives, tenants, and the Client\nDocument Control - Ensure worksheets are received and checked\nWork towards individual and client KPI's\nDeal with council and private housing contracts, planning and scheduling routine, essential and emergency property maintenance works\nTracking and monitoring to completion\nLiaison with in-house and 3rd party engineers and tradesmen and council operatives to plan appointments, materials and logistics and reorganising of schedules\nOrganisation of external supply companies\nEnsuring all trades are readied and present on-site and works completed in-line with committed client completion dates\nBe able to work in a fast-paced demanding role with constant collaboration with key stakeholders, clients, councils, housing agents, suppliers, and trades
