We have an exciting new opportunity at Virgin Media O2 for a Transition Transformation Lead!
Based within our CTO division, the purpose of this role is to ensure that all services introduced into the live environment meet agreed quality, performance, and compliance standards. This role is pivotal in the development, implementation and continual improvement of quality standards, performance reporting and compliance frameworks across Service Management & Transition.
Key Accountabilities Include
* Define and maintain quality assurance frameworks, KPI’s and governance standards for Service Management & Transition processes
* Oversee service transition processes to ensure new or changed services meet quality requirements before go-live
* Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with the Service Management & Transition goals and objectives
* Lead cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and deliver measurable results

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
* Extensive experience in service management, quality assurance, or service transition roles
* Experience designing and implementing quality assurance and performance reporting frameworks
* Qualified to a minimum of ITIL v4 Foundation with a deep understanding of service design, transition, and improvement
* Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), or equivalent
* Excellent communication, partner management and presentation skills

* Ideally educated to degree level or alternate appropriate industry experience
* Analytical approach with a focus on risk, compliance, and continuous improvement and proficiency in data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
* Familiarity with ISO/IEC 20000, COBIT, or similar IT governance frameworks
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Ability to use data to enable decisions and get results
