Due to our exciting growth in Europe we are expanding our Sales team and seeking innovative individuals to help take us to the next level.
You will
Based in our dynamic office in London, you will join our growing team of Sales Representatives that are crucial to Flexport European growth plans. Strategically and with creativity, you will identify good-fit companies that want to engage in a conversation with Flexport.
No two days will be the same in this challenging role where you will be responsible for:
* Identify and create new sales opportunities for Flexport Europe
* Work with Account Executives across Europe to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities
* Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, email, and other social mediums
This role offers an opportunity to learn how global trade works from the ground up and build the foundation for a career in tech sales. You will shadow Account Executives in meetings and activities to develop the skills needed for your next role on the Flexport sales team. We view our sales development teams as the talent engine for the rest of the sales organization, providing tools to empower you to advance your sales and consultative skills.

You should have
We are looking for high-energy individuals who want to learn and develop their sales skills. You should be an enthusiastic communicator, enjoy phone work, and be able to empathise and present solutions to suit customer needs. The role suits someone with a bachelor’s degree (or higher) who is commercially minded and has some sales or commercial experience. Above all, you should be solution-oriented and prepared to work in a quickly adapting tech environment.
