Mobile Vehicle Technician providing servicing, maintenance and repair via prebooked appointments at customers home address or work location. This is a new and specialist division of the UK's number one national breakdown company with over 15 million members.

Shift and Schedule
Home based, working 40 hours per week across 5 days (Monday to Saturday) 8am – 8PM, one in four Saturdays. Optional overtime: 1 day per month = £3,000 additional per year; 2 days per month = £5,000 additional per year.

Responsibilities
* Servicing and repairing vehicles (including EVs) at the customer selected location e.g. driveway, office car park.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
* Diagnose and repair vehicle problems including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues.
* Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.
* Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
* Payment handling through card transactions.
* Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
* Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
Qualifications
* Right to work in the UK.
* Minimum Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance and repair; ideally Level 3 qualification (City & Guilds, IMI, NVQ, or equivalent).
* Minimum 2-year post-qualification hands on experience with vehicles, either in a workshop or mobile vehicle role.
* Ability to work independently, make decisions on the go, and follow procedures.
* Customer-focused approach.
* Full UK driving licence – max 6 points, no bans.
