We're looking for someone to join our team in supporting our customers and the sales team by effectively managing our 'add-on' sales products, with focused accuracy, ensuring details and timescales are met, confirming deliveries and reporting on sales and quotation data.
You'll be inputting and managing ordering and delivery requirements, working closely with the sales team to support the completion of orders.
You'll be inputting and managing the quotation log and product funnel and reporting on information gained from the sales team and provide support and cover as needed.
The main areas of responsibility will include:
* Supporting customers in the delivery of orders
* Identification, sales, stock control and processing of ancillary sales products
* Answering general business telephone calls into the business
* Logging of quotations, sales orders and weekly figures
* Inputting of orders to produce confirmation of orders when system allows
* Holiday cover when needed throughout the sales and despatch team
* Updating, maintaining and creating customer CRM system
* Project identification and chasing of targeted project and sales information
* Chasing quotation updates
* Support sales function as required
* Ensure a high-level of customer service and professionalism
