You’ll play an important role in helping with day-to-day activities, building independence, and offering companionship. Our client likes music, walking and going to the beach. What You'll Be Doing: Supporting daily routines and personal tasks Encouraging independence and skill-building Offering emotional support and friendly companionship Keeping clear records of care and sharing updates with the team What We’re Looking For: Experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Great communication skills and the ability to build a trusting relationship Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team Why Join Us?
