Role Overview:
We are seeking a Bookkeeper to primarily manage purchase ledger, bank reconciliations, and payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have a meticulous approach to financial data, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality service to clients and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the accounting system
2. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
3. Prepare and perform regular bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
4. Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll, including pensions and statutory payments
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchase ledger records
6. Support month-end procedures, including accruals and prepayments
7. Liaise with suppliers and clients to resolve queries in a professional and timely manner
