Our client is looking for a well-rounded Senior DM Planning Officer who is capable of managing a range of applications from minors to small majors. This would be a good role for an existing Senior looking for more responsibility and the chance to broaden your experience.
As a senior member of the team you will be expected to assume a high level of responsibility and autonomy. You will manage your own caseload and whilst not overly demanding numbers wise, due to the level of involvement you have on each case the role will require the ability to effectively deal with applications at all stages.
The initial contract will be offered for 3 months but there could be potential for it to be extended beyond this.
Our client is offering a rate of £45 Umbrella, and this role is inside IR35. They are based in Essex and offer hybrid working, so you will need to be able to get into the office 1-2 days a week.
