Consultant Psychiatrist - General Adult Psychiatry, Lancaster and Morecambe (10 PAs)
Compensation and Benefits
* RRP payment payable. This post will attract a Recruitment & Retention Premia of £40k (subject to tax and NI) payable on commencement of employment. Eligibility criteria do apply. Staff currently employed by the Trust would not be eligible to apply for this recruitment and retention premia.
* Full-time post. Expectation to join the Consultant On Call rota, for which additional remuneration is payable.
* Work arrangement: 0.6 full-time equivalent with the Lancaster and Morecambe Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) at Victoria House, Morecambe; 0.4 with the inpatient ward at The Orchard, Lancaster.
* Standard agreement of at least 2.5 SPAs for a full-time post; flexibility in enhancements for other activities supporting the wider ambitions of the Trust.
* Excellent peer support group.
* Study leave budget of £3,000 over 3 years, or £5,000 over 3 years for newly qualified Consultants.

Qualifications
* Full GMC registration and inclusion on the Specialist register of the GMC, or eligibility to enter within 6 months of interview date.
* Requirement to be Section 12 Approved at commencement and to have or be eligible for Approved Clinician Status.
* Remuneration set out in the terms of the New Consultant Contract according to previous experience.
