Administrative Support Officer Purchasing and Payments Location: Sutton in Ashfield, Notts, NG17 Hours: Full-time, Office-based (37 hours per week) Start Time: 08:30 End Time: 17:00 Rate: £12.85 We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Purchasing and Payments team. Based in our Sutton in Ashfield office, this full-time position plays a crucial role in supporting the purchase of goods and services by raising purchase orders and inputting data into our system. Key Responsibilities: Accurately raise purchase orders and input data Work within the team inbox and manage your personal worklist to chase invoice approvals and resolve queries Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to address issues with orders and payments Enter travel claim payments into Excel spreadsheets for processing Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high accuracy under pressure Essential Skills & Attributes: Excellent administrative and clerical abilities Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach Competence in using spreadsheets and databases Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent customer service and communication skills Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure Training will be provided across all areas of the role, ensuring you are fully supported in your development.
