Responsibilities
* Engage with clients across Northern Ireland, building trust and understanding their personal and financial needs.
* Explain life insurance and protection products clearly, ensuring clients feel confident in their choices.
* Carry out structured fact-finding to recommend suitable protection solutions.
* Work under supervision while progressing toward full regulatory competence.
* Maintain accurate records in line with FCA and UK regulatory standards.
* Follow internal compliance processes and treat-customer-fairly principles.
* Meet service, quality, and performance targets.
Skills and Qualifications
* Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
* A genuine interest in helping people protect their families and futures.
* Confidence speaking with clients by phone and face-to-face.
* Self-motivation, resilience, and a proactive approach to learning.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and within a supportive team environment.
* Full training provided - ideal for career changers or recent graduates.
* Background in a sales background preferable.
* Reasonable computer literacy skills.
* Capable of working of own initiative.
