Are you an organised, proactive person who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Sample Packing & Customer Support Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Abingdon. This is a varied role combining hands-on sample preparation, customer service, and admin support for our engine testing operations.
Location: Abingdon
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 15:00
Job Type: Part-Time, On-Site
What Will You Be Doing?
* Pack samples securely for shipment (box and pallet)
* Prepare paperwork and shipping documentation, including airway bills
* Use manual handling equipment safely
* Maintain a high standard of housekeeping
* Gather and input information through internal systems
* Respond to customer queries and escalate issues when needed
* Suggest and support improvements to efficiency and safety
* Provide general admin support to the team
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Customer-focused, with excellent communication and service skills
* Comfortable working hands-on with packaging and manual handling tools
* Well-organised with strong attention to detail
* Proactive and solutions-oriented
* Able to handle a busy, varied workload
* A good team player with a positive attitude
* Previous experience in airfreight/logistics is desirable, though full training will be provided
