?️ Your Role: The Connector Behind the Scenes
As our French-Speaking Project Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between our design, sales, and logistics teams—ensuring seamless project delivery and exceptional client service, especially in French-speaking territories.
? What You’ll Do
* Coordinate end-to-end lighting projects across the UK and Francophone regions
* Act as the primary liaison between clients, suppliers, and project teams in both French and English
* Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables with sharp attention to detail
* Support the design and sales team with documentation, logistics, and client updates
* Prepare technical quotes, order confirmations, and project documentation
* Manage records in CRM and order management systems
* Oversee shipping schedules and proactively solve supply chain issues
* Assist with planning site visits, handovers, and team meetings
? Who You Are
* ? Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) – Essential
* ?️ Experienced in project coordination or administrative support – Essential
* ? Background in architectural or decorative lighting – Ideal but not essential
* ? A multitasker with razor-sharp organisational skills
* ? A problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
* ? A collaborator who can also work independently
* ? Tech-savvy with MS Office; CRM/project management tools are a bonus
