Service Team Lead | Worcester (office-based) An established and nationally recognised sprinkler organisation is seeking an experienced Service Team Lead to play a pivotal role within its Service Department. This is a key management position responsible for leading operational delivery, driving performance, and supporting continued business growth. You will take ownership of the full service lifecycle — from strategic planning through to execution — ensuring that services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with regulatory and commercial requirements.
