Role purpose

The role reports directly to the Housing Register and Rehousing Manager, responsible for collating data and statistics for Accommodation Services, responding to complaints from households in temporary accommodation and other stakeholders (members, Councillors, etc.), leading on Freedom of Information inquiries, and generating reports using ICT data software.
