Our Advisory Team

Our Advisory team offers a wide range of services that deliver value-led advice and outcomes. They possess in-depth knowledge of business, industry sectors, and markets, understanding the constantly evolving risks and opportunities. They work across strategy, operations, improvement, and transactional projects. From technology to risk advisory, they follow through on top-level instructions and resolve detailed issues—delivering comprehensive solutions. Joining this team means working on some of the world's most exciting financial operations and business deals, building your experience alongside industry leaders.


Role: Manager, Financial Services Advisory

As a Manager in our regional Financial Services Advisory team, you will work on advisory and assurance projects for financial services firms across all sectors. You will develop and maintain deep client relationships, enhance your commercial management and business development skills, and expand your technical and regulatory knowledge. You will also support and collaborate with the wider Financial Services Advisory team.


Candidate Profile

* Recognised accountancy or internal audit qualifications/memberships (e.g., ICAEW, CIMA, CIIA, ACCA) preferred but not essential.
* Significant experience in regulatory assurance or internal audit within professional services or financial institutions.
* Strong understanding of the regulatory environment, including FCA conduct rules, enterprise risk management, corporate governance, credit risk, SMCR, operational resilience, consumer duty, and culture.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders.
* Experience leading teams and managing quality and risk.
