Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Quantity Surveyor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
* Lead financial forecasting, valuations, and contract administration.
* Manage contract performance, risk mitigation, and compliance.
* Oversee supply chain and subcontractor engagement from enquiry to completion.
* Support estimating and tendering processes with robust cost analysis.
* Ensure accurate reporting and financial close-out of additional works.
* Maintain excellent client relationships and contribute to contract retention.
Qualifications
* HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Engineering.
* MRICS accreditation and relevant CSCS card.
* Proficiency in tools like SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Excel, Asta Powerproject.
* Experience in SME environments and broad business understanding.
* Knowledge of statutory requirements and methods within the construction and engineering industry.
* Valid UK driving licence.
