* Drive and deliver a full PE exit
* Operate at pace in a dynamic consumer environment
* Partner closely with investors and the executive team
Experience Required:
* Proven track record of delivering a PE exit (£40m+)
* Strong retail / e-commerce or consumer goods experience
* Commercially astute, strategic, and execution-focused
