Grassland Agro sources, produces, and sells a complete range of conventional commodity fertilizers, specialty fertilizers, soil conditioning products, animal mineral blocks, biostimulants, and Dairy Hygiene products. Part of Groupe Roullier, our R&D takes place at our Global Innovation Center in St. Malo. We pride ourselves on delivering superior technical advice on-farm, which is key to our growth.
We are seeking a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager for the Northern Ireland region. The role involves developing long-term relationships with customers, connecting with industry stakeholders, and implementing strategic and operational plans to maximize sales and customer service. Responsibilities include product presentation, optimizing distribution and costs, account management, enforcing sales policies, managing and supporting the sales team, and promoting company policies.
Requirements include a third-level qualification in Agriculture and/or Business, proven sales management experience, technical knowledge of the Agri-sector, strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, excellent communication, and a full clean driver's license.
