We’re looking for a Head of Amazon CX Practice to lead the strategic development, growth, and delivery of customer experience solutions across Amazon platforms. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the vision of the Amazon CX practice, driving operational excellence, and guiding teams through complex, large-scale CX transformations.

What You’ll Bring
* 8–10+ years’ experience in CX leadership roles, ideally within the Amazon ecosystem
* Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and related tools
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
* Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex programmes
* Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability
Nice to Have
* Experience growing and scaling a practice or business unit
* Background in pre-sales, solution shaping, and client engagement
* Technical understanding of AWS and Amazon Connect environments
* Experience driving governance, risk, and compliance in regulated environments
* Eligibility for SC clearance
