About Our Client
Page Personnel are looking to recruit for a large, well-known, and growing healthcare provider in Barnsley. Due to recent growth, they are now seeking a permanent Accounts Assistant to support the Finance team.
Job Description
As an Accounts Assistant, your duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Performing daily bank reconciliations
2. Creating and maintaining reports in Microsoft Excel
3. Assisting with month-end tasks such as creating and sending customer reports and reconciling control accounts
4. Reconciling credit card statements
5. Posting and allocating receipts to customer accounts
6. Creating and amending customer accounts
7. Managing a list of debtors, contacting customers to ensure timely payments
8. Generating and sending sales invoices
9. Sending copy invoices and statements to customers
10. Responding to customer queries and maintaining customer relationships
11. Assisting with processing expenses
12. Providing administrative support to the finance team
The Successful Applicant
Previous experience in AR/AP, strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
