My Current Job Story (What I actually do at Altınbilek Group)
Currently, I am solely responsible for 9 different projects running at the same time. These aren't just local; I have projects in South America, Europe, Qatar, and Turkey.
My work starts when the Sales department sends me a technical specification. Often, these specs have errors or aren't feasible. I review them, find the mistakes, and fix them. Then, I design the most economical and optimal project based on the customer's land and budget. I don't just draw; I optimize project.
I act as a bridge between everyone.
• I talk to civil engineers and architects to give them load details for steel and concrete structures. We negotiate to find the best solution.
• I talk to the automation/software team, giving them sensor data and loadcell info so the machines work correctly.
• I manage the process from the very beginning (design) to the very end (assembly on site).
• Some projects are in the design phase, some in production (where I check piping and bunker designs), and some are being assembled on-site.
• When there is a crisis on the construction site, I am the one they call. I provide remote technical support to solve the problem instantly so work doesn't stop.
• I also travel to sites to take physical measurements if we are expanding an existing factory.

• Standards: I worked under AS9100 aerospace quality standards.
• Process: I analyzed the production flow to make it faster and better.
• Procurement: I also helped the purchasing department, learning how supply chains work.
