Responsibilities Develop and execute the sales strategy across the UK & Ireland to achieve revenue growth and market share targets. Farm out, identify and land new relationships with key automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and strategic partners. Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Collaborate closely with delivery, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Represent the organisation at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to strengthen brand presence. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy. Report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline development to senior management. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in a Sales Leadership role within the Automotive Engineering Services Industry. Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments. Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience growing and developing a team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales initiatives. Willingness to travel regularly across the UK & Ireland.
