You’ll provide attentive, year‑round support to ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals (UHNWI), ensuring seamless communication, meticulous administration, and flawless event delivery. From managing membership processes and ticketing to coordinating bespoke experiences, your eye for detail will be essential to maintaining the highest standards.
Key responsibilities
1. Deliver warm, professional service to members throughout the year
2. Build trusted relationships with UHNWI
3. Manage all correspondence with accuracy and efficiency
4. Support the creation and delivery of luxury experiences and events
5. Arrange accommodation, transport, and concierge‑style services
6. Oversee ticketing, renewals, member data, and collateral
7. Maintain budgets, invoices, and Profit & Loss documentation
8. Support events across the Goodwood motorsport calendar
