Define sourcing strategies to enhance Baker Hughes competitiveness in Integrated Projects, selecting optimal suppliers and strategic partners. Partner with I&S Sales & Commercial teams to anticipate 3PV needs and build proactive sourcing and partnership strategies pre‑tender. Support Global Category and Project Sourcing organizations by identifying global partners and executing regionally aligned partnerships. Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and consortium agreements to achieve optimal commercial terms and project financial targets. Monitor 3PV performance across the project lifecycle and support I&S SC Fulfilment when required. Collaborate cross‑functionally (Lean, Q&HSE) to develop, interpret, and apply operating standards and best practices. Define and track critical KPIs, analyze trends, and present insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement. Drive cost improvement, digital adoption, competency development, and alignment with ISC standards and career frameworks.
