Assistant Tax Manager - Private Equity / Investment

A dynamic and rapidly growing firm with an exceptional growth story is looking for a Private Client & Partnerships Tax Assistant Manager to join their expanding UK tax team.
Reporting directly to a Tax Partner, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the wider Private Client team, becoming the go-to specialist for partnership tax compliance and advisory matters. The role will involve oversight and review of partnership tax returns (and hands-on preparation of more complex cases), salaried member reviews, self-assessment payments, and tax reserve workings. In addition, you will have exposure to business risk profiling and transaction reviews on a range of Private Equity deals.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified partnerships tax professional to develop deep technical expertise within a highly collaborative and supportive team. The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in Private Client or Partnerships Tax, ideally with some international exposure.
* ATT / ACA qualified (study support available for part-qualified candidates).
* Likely trained within a Top 30 practice or legal environment.
* Confident managing end-to-end compliance and advisory processes.
* Inquisitive, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Keen to broaden exposure and take on new challenges within the evolving Private Equity tax landscape.
