We are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Surveyor to join our progressive Geospatial team under Geomatics, Survey & Reality Capture. You will work with a range of clients and teams for data capture, analysis and presentation of geomatics data and support our organisation's objectives and client challenges. With exposure to an expanding range of market sectors concerning the natural and built environment you will deliver dynamic, innovative solutions to internal and external clients. The current portfolio of work ranges from imagery capture, topographical survey to laser-scanning activities. Supporting survey campaigns including standards, data management, analysis and outputs of acquired geomatics data. Use of various modern surveying equipment on site. Team collaboration to deliver and expand our capabilities. Maintaining our high standards of accuracy and integrity. Staying up to date with the latest surveying/geospatial trends and technology within different industries.

Key Skills & Attributes

* Ability to critically evaluate data and draw conclusions.
* Ability to work effectively within a team but also independently.
* Organisation & Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Eager to take ownership, ask questions and seek out opportunities to grow.
* Experience of GIS software and databases and/or CAD software.
* Experience in task automation and programming – FME, SQL, Python.


You Must Be

* A flexible self‑starter, keen to drive their career forward.
* Adaptable to change, with a thirst for learning new things.
* Have the permanent right to work in the UK.
* Completed your first degree no earlier than the summer of 2024.
* Not worked in a similar professional role since graduation.
* Achieved a minimum 2:2 in your first degree.


Selection Process

1. Successful candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment.
2. Those who are selected will be invited to a final face‑to‑face interview with our operations teams.
3. Selected candidates will be offered an opportunity to join the Amentum Graduate Programme in September 2026.
