Family Solicitor

In this Family Solicitor role, you will handle a broad range of privately funded family matters while contributing to the continued success of a respected department. Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload including divorce, separation, cohabitation, and children's matters
* Drafting legal documents such as prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, and court applications
* Communicating with clients and third parties via phone, written correspondence, and meetings
* Supporting business development through networking, content writing, and client engagement
Qualifications
* Qualified Family Solicitor with 3-4+ years' PQE in privately funded family law
* Ability to manage your own caseload confidently and efficiently
* Strong communication and client care skills
* Organised approach with attention to detail and compliance
* Candidates with slightly less experience will be considered if able to handle cases independently
