Key Responsibilities
* Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative methods to attract and engage top technology professionals.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.
* Market Expertise: Stay informed about technology industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
* Problem-Solving: Proactively address challenges to deliver successful outcomes for clients and candidates.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
* 2+ years of Delivery experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively under pressure.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ambitious, target-driven, and eager to succeed.
* Self-motivated and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
