About this role: We're seeking a dedicated full-time Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll design, deliver, and manage training programs that empower our residential property management teams to thrive. You'll play a key part in ensuring our staff have the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to provide exceptional service to residents.
Additionally, you'll be responsible for arranging funding, as well as managing Property Management Traineeships and Apprenticeships, including budgeting and administration.
Some responsibilities and goals you'll own:
* Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of residential property management staff, including compliance, customer service, and operational best practices.
* Collaborate with department leaders to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities across teams.
* Deliver engaging training sessions through various formats such as workshops and e-learning modules.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives by gathering feedback, tracking performance metrics, and making continuous improvements.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and compliant.
* Support career development by creating learning paths that encourage growth and progression within the company.
* Foster a positive learning culture that motivates employees to develop their skills and contribute to a high-performing team. What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in learning & development or training roles, ideally within property management or a related customer-focused industry.
* Strong understanding of residential property management operations and challenges is a big plus.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
* Skilled in designing training materials and using digital learning platforms or LMS systems.
* Ability to assess training needs and measure outcomes effectively.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with different teams and stakeholders.
Desirable:
* Experience in the property sector is desirable
