PrologFulfilment, the global fulfilment provider, has appointed Conor Wickham as SeniorGeneral Manager.
Conor bringswith him over a decade of leadership experience in logistics, operations, and supply chain management.
Hiscareer includes senior roles at some of the UK’s leading logistics organisations including Wincanton and Royal Mail,and most recently ran his ownconsultancy, Wickham Consulting. He has recently completed an MBA.
In his new role, Conor will oversee Prolog’s daily operations across its two UK sites. Leading a growing team of more than110 colleagues, he will ensure that customer expectations are exceeded and service level agreements consistently achieved. His role includes collaboration with key stakeholders across the business to support Prolog’s ambitious growth strategy.
Conor’s focus will centre on operational efficiency, proactive demand planning, and data-driven decision making. By working closely with Prolog’s data analyst team, he will help customers to forecast demand, and reduce stockholding pressures, particularly during peak periods.
