Responsibilities Prepare and deliver high-quality lessons on Business Studies to students in accordance with the school's curriculum. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes active student engagement and participation. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement appropriate strategies for improvement. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to design and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities. Monitor and supervise students during exams and other assessment activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, achievements, and behaviour. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Proven experience teaching Business Studies at the primary or secondary level. Strong knowledge of the Business Studies curriculum and assessment methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
