Community Associate - RIVVIA London

Full-time | On-site | Community & Member Experience


We’re looking for a dynamic, proactive, and client-focused individual to join our London team as Community Associate! This role is perfect for someone with hospitality, office management, or community experience who loves creating welcoming, engaging, and professional experiences.


RIVVIA is a premium, flexible workspace operator with five locations across London and Amsterdam, offering lifestyle-driven experiences where modern businesses, entrepreneurs, and creatives can thrive. As a Community Associate, you’ll be at the heart of this experience, driving member engagement, experience, and ensuring our spaces always look and operate at their best.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Running the daily operations of the building, including restocking pantries, keeping communal spaces tidy, and coordinating with our operational partners
* Regularly meet with private office managers to ensure their needs are being met and maintained
* Support with managing meeting room bookings, scheduling, and catering inquiries for our meeting room guests
* Keeping track of foot traffic, space capacity, and member activity through our management systems
* Answering client inquiries, both internal and external, to provide smooth communication and a premium service experience
* Onboarding new members and private office clients, making sure they feel at home from day one
* Organising monthly members drinks, networking opportunities, and internal events to encourage connection and engagement for RIVVIA members
* Maintaining a welcoming, professional atmosphere in our communal spaces every day
* Spotting opportunities to enhance the members experience and improve how our spaces operate


What We’re Looking For

* Experience in a customer-facing or community-focused role (hospitality, office management, or co-working preferred)
* Proactive, organised, and able to multitask effectively
* Tech-savvy and confident using apps, booking systems, and other management tools
* Energetic, friendly, and approachable, with the ability to build relationships with members and clients
* A natural collaborator who embodies RIVVIA’s values of professionalism, positive energy, and teamwork
* Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

Salary Range

Competitive salary based on experience
