As an Apprenticeship and Widening Participation Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Apprenticeship and Widening Participation programmes ensuring all policies, processes and guidelines are adhered to and the highest level of customer service is delivered. You will also provide high quality administrative support to the Apprenticeship and Widening Participation Lead and you will be an important point of contact for learners and Training Provider.
Responsibilities
* Meet the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour of the Apprenticeship standard as defined by both the Learning Provider and the Trust.
* Provide general administration for all Trust Apprenticeship programmes and learners as well as the Apprenticeship Lead.
* Manage Trust Intranet - Apprenticeship Page including updates and collaboration with the Communications Team/IT on changes or updates.
* Assist with National Administrator Week: arranging events and collating outcome data.
* Manage Work Experience administration, including pre/during/post programme planning, data collection and feedback.
* Support Care Certificate administration, including data outcome collation and reporting.
* Be a good listener and provide responsive, empathetic support to queries by phone, email or in person.
* Maintain a problem-solving approach and be willing to work independently as well as under supervision.
