As we launch our E-Commerce channel, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Manager, with branch and/or customer service experience to join and build the team. The team will deliver exceptional support and ensure a seamless experience for our online customers. The E-Commerce Manager will be based at our Head Office in Dyce on a full time basis over 5 days between Monday and Friday. The role on offer focuses on providing excellent patient care. Previous experience working in an optical environment is essential.
The typical duties for this role are:
* Taking full responsibility for the day to day running of our online orders including order management, quality assurance and customer support.
* Assisting patients with queries relating to every aspect of wearing spectacles and contact lenses.
* Resolving queries with a desire to build and maintain good customer relationships.
* Applying knowledge of prescriptions and lens options to accurately check and verify orders before dispatch.
* Working in cooperation with Head Office Departments to ensure that professional & clinical standards are maintained at all times.
* Being a point of contact for customers, leading by example at all times.
* Administration and maintenance of patient records and databases.
* Processing deliveries and collections of stock.
* Preparing and packaging customer orders with care and attention, ensuring they are dispatched to the highest standard.
