(Previous experience on Industrial sector projects would be ideal but not essential). REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this Assistant Preconstruction Manager role you must meet the following criteria: - Knowledge of Building Sector. - Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager, Preconstruction Manager, Assistant Design Manager, Architect, Architectural Technician, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Design Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Site Engineer or similar. - Previous experience on building sector projects -Will also consider candidates that have worked on other general build construction projects - Previous Main Contractor employment ideal but not essential. For example also open to consider candidates with experience working for sub contractors (Such as earthworks) or also design consultancies). - High level of communication skills. - Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc). LOCATION: Role will be predominately office based also with 1 -2 days remote working.
