Role Overview
The support worker is part of the community mental health team, supporting individuals with moderate to severe mental health difficulties and aiding senior practitioners in delivering assessment, treatment and care.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver interventions promoting recovery.
* Assist senior mental health practitioners in assessment and treatment of a defined caseload.
* Provide compassionate, non‑judgmental support to clients in their homes, community and health settings.
* Accurately record clinical contacts and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Requirements
* Registered health care professional (or equivalent) with experience in mental health services.
* Enthusiastic about supporting people with moderate to severe mental health difficulties.
* Fluency in English; Welsh language skills desirable but not mandatory.
