Complex Care Healthcare Assistant Fidelis Healthcare Location: Westbury, Wiltshire Hours: 12 - Hour Shifts Salary: £17 - £20/ hour Fidelis Healthcare is looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Complex Care Assistants to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional person-centred care and supporting individuals to live safely, comfortably and independently. Key Responsibilities: Perform oral suctioning safely and competently in accordance with individual care plans and clinical guidelines. Support individuals with seizure management, including recognising seizure activity, following agreed seizure management plans, administering emergency medication where trained and authorised, and documenting events accurately. Provide care for individuals with PEG feeding, including preparation and administration of feeds, medication via PEG, site care, and monitoring for complications.
