We at Severino Group are seeking an experienced Estimator for our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of bespoke furniture and joinery, who come with experience of pricing high-end projects accurately while collaborating closely with workshop and project teams.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a detail-focused and commercially aware individual who:
•\tHas proven experience as an Estimator in bespoke furniture, joinery, interiors, or fit-out
•\tUnderstands materials, craftsmanship, and production processes
•\tCan confidently read and interpret technical drawings
•\tWorks methodically under deadline pressure
•\tHas experience on high-end, detail-driven projects
Requirements
•\tExperience pricing bespoke furniture, joinery, and interior projects
•\tAbility to build accurate project costings including materials, labour, and finishes
•\tComfortable taking off quantities for tiling, finishes, and sub-contractor works
•\tProficient in estimating/costing software
•\tAble to liaise with project managers, designers, and workshop staff to confirm build approach
•\tStrong attention to detail and commercial awareness
Desirable but not essential:
•\tBackground in joinery, cabinet making, or interior fit-out
•\tExperience pricing high-value residential or commercial projects
Key Responsibilities
•\tPrice bespoke furniture and joinery accurately, including all components and finishes
•\tReview drawings, schedules, and specifications to define project scope clearly
•\tTake off quantities for materials, finishes, and sub-contractor works
•\tBuild accurate project costings using our estimating software
•\tLiaise closely with workshop and project teams to ensure costs reflect real-world build methods
•\tMaintain pricing accuracy and meet deadlines for multiple projects
