Responsibilities For The Role Of Senior Architect
* Lead a team and manage projects from conception to completion
* Ensure quality procedures are maintained and contribute to the growth of the department
* Demonstrate strong residential design ability with attention to detail
* Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and authorities
* Utilize AutoCAD and NBS Specification knowledge
* Oversee contract administration
Qualifications And Experience For The Role Of Senior Architect
* Proven leadership experience
* Strong understanding of Building Regulations and Accessible Design
* ARB registered
* Strong Post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience
* Excellent technical design and detailing knowledge
* Proficiency with AutoCAD and NBS Specification
* Contract administration experience is advantageous
* Full UK Drivers License
