Description Your role The Communications and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and optimising the Centacare NENW brand, marketing and communications strategy. This position will contribute to the design, delivery and optimisation of innovative communication and marketing strategies and will work to ensure synergy and connection with key programs, including the headspace, in achieving organisational objectives. Bringing to life the stories of our clients, staff and the community, this role will showcase Centacare NENW’s impact in the community in living its mission of support for clients and their families on their journey. Key accountabilities include BRAND AND MARKETING STRATEGY: Oversee the development, implementation and evaluation of the Centacare brand and marketing strategy to build brand awareness, brand value and participation in key programs. CONTENT STRATEGY: Develop. Implement and measure the Centacare content strategy across multiple channels to bring to life the stories and impact of Centacare across the NENW from a client, staff and community perspective. COMMUNICATION ARCHITECTURE: In consultation with the Centacare program leads, build a communication architecture that build equity in the Centacare brand as well as the key program brands delivered. COLLATERAL DEVELOPMENT: Oversee the production and distribution of marketing and communications collateral for Centacare across targeted client groups key stakeholders and partners as part of an enterprise-wide content strategy. STRATEGIC ADVICE: Provide strategic advice and recommendations to the Centacare Executive on marketing and communications strategies. MARKETING GOVERNANCE: Establish initiatives, policies and procedures that deliver ongoing improvements in service delivery. Why join us? Demonstrated experience in developing and executing content strategies, adapted to specific channels, across website, social, print, events and broadcast. Demonstrated experience with social media and digital marketing platforms and a strong network to assist in the development of professional marketing materials. Highly developed strategic marketing, communications, and project management skills Experience in leading marketing across a portfolio of brands as part of a Masterbrand strategy. Proven track record in building and managing relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholder. Eligibility/other requirements Successful completion of a NSW National Crime Check. Successful completion of a NSW Working with Children Check. Valid New South Wales Driver’s Licence.
