About the role In this fast-paced role you will be responsible for ensuring that our customer, supplier and partner data is stored and updated in a timely way. Your typical day will vary, but in a nutshell you'll be dealing with the core data relating to novations, online support, and on boarding customers (retail and corporate). Although this is a back office role, you'll communicate with internal and external customers via email and telephone. You'll pride yourself on providing an excellent service to all stakeholders, so you'll be able to build relationships with ease. You can expect to receive a range of queries, including those relating to service issues, account maintenance, complaints and creation of driver profiles. This is a very full on and fast-paced positon, and you'll be given full training to deal with any query that may come your way. Attention to detail is key, you'll be switching between tasks at a fast pace and have the ability to adhere to policies as you work. Working across multiple systems, you'll be able to take ownership and complete tasks both individually and in collaboration with others. What's in it for you?
