Are you passionate about working with young children and helping them thrive in their early years? We are seeking enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to work in the Nursery in the mornings and then support children with complex needs in the afternoon. You will be responsible for: Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons for early years pupils. Assist in the planning and organisation of activities that promote learning through play. Provide 1:1 and small group support to children, ensuring they develop key skills in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Help to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment. Monitor and track children's progress, sharing observations with the teacher. Supporting children with complex needs, assisting with toileting and personal care Assist with classroom management, encouraging positive behaviour and supporting children's social and emotional development.Requirements: Previous experience working in an Early Years setting is desirable. A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or equivalent. A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
