Our client, a leading entity in the Defence & Security sector, is seeking a proficient Training Requirement Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is pivotal in the development and implementation of training solutions within Defence Training, ensuring that all requirements are meticulously defined, reviewed, and accepted.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAct as the training lead for requirements definition, design reviews, and formal acceptance activities.\nLiaise and collaborate with business Partners on training analysis, requirement setting, training design, courseware development, and delivery activities.\nSupport the capture and analysis of training data/information required by change projects, including the production of Training Needs Analysis and User Requirements Documents.\nAct as the focal point for Training Feedback, Training Audits, and Observation Reports related to simulation and synthetic training solutions.\nIdentify and share areas of good practice in simulation and synthetic training, supporting horizon scanning activities to create new delivery opportunities.\nEnsure allocated projects meet DSAT governance and health & safety requirements for compliance.\nInterface with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring responsibilities and outcome requirements are aligned to support change projects collaboratively.\nSupport Programme/Project Managers with existing key client relationships and build new ones to maximise business opportunities.\n\nJob Requirements:\n\nExperience in training design within the Defence sector.\nUnderstanding of Defence Training and Requirements management.\nAbility to lead requirements definition, design reviews, and formal acceptance activities.\nStrong collaboration and liaison skills with various partners and stakeholders.\nProficiency in data capture, analysis, and the production of relevant documentation.\nKnowledge of simulation and synthetic training solution design and delivery.\nFamiliarity with DSAT governance and health & safety compliance in training projects.\nExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.\n\nBenefits:\n\n***Role can be based in Portsmouth or Bristol with potential travel between the 2 sites***\n\nPermanent position within a leading Defence & Security firm\nOpportunity to contribute to innovative Defence Training solutions\nProfessional development and career advancement prospects\nCollaborative and dynamic work environment\nComprehensive employee benefits package\nIf you have the skills and experience to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
