Key Responsibilities As a Business Development Officer, you will:

4. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, insurers, and external agencies.

6. Stay informed on market trends and maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors.
7. Plan and manage your diary and workload efficiently to meet targets and deadlines.
8. Support team success by contributing to a collaborative and high-performance culture.
9. Undertake additional duties as required to support the wider business development function.
Experience & Skills Required
