The role for Marketing Assistant:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join a global organisation supporting professional construction, industrial and automotive markets. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering the annual marketing plan while supporting brand, digital, and trade marketing activity across multiple channels.
* Support the Marketing Manager and wider team in delivering and implementing the annual marketing plan
* Assist in the development and production of traditional marketing materials, including packaging, brochures, leaflets, posters and flyers
* Work closely with designers and printers, ensuring all materials follow corporate brand guidelines
* Create and coordinate content for social media and eCommerce platforms
* Support the sales team with marketing collateral and campaign materials
* Assist with trade show and event planning, including coordination and logistics
* Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations
* Support budget administration, including raising purchase orders

Job Requirements for Marketing Assistant:
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who can manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Has a passion for marketing, learning and development within a team.
*Marketing qualification and/or relevant marketing experience desirable
*At least 1 year of working in a marketing team, preferably within a B2B role.
*Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
*Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
*Confident working to tight timescales
*Ability to work effectively within a team
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
*You must be commutable to the office in Burton on Trent - this role is 5 days in the office, to encourage collaboration, offer training, support, and development.
